As families of medically complex children, we’ve come to embrace our uniqueness. We have a voice that gives a different perspective, sheds light on the lesser knows, and creates a sense of wonderment of the ordinary we tend to take for granted. Most importantly, we give a voice to the marginalized; the less understood.
This year’s gala celebrates that voice. Join us for a night of celebration and support of these voices at BennettStrong: The Greatest Show.
You’ll start your evening with formal photos, carnival themed surprises and a cocktail hour that is sure to delight. Check out the craft beer options, great food, and amazing raffle and auction items. The emcee for BennettStrong: The Greatest Show is Philadelphia sports media personality, Natalie Egenolf, as she’ll officially get the night started.
Enjoy a seated dinner with awesome speakers and be ready to interact with our entertainment! It’s sure to be a circus! And, as always, be prepared for some awesome raffle and auction items, live music, and a dance floor that is never empty.
Want to do more for BennettStrong and be a VIP Guest? Join us for an extra hour at our ‘side show exhibit: World’s Tiniest Babies’ (in an exclusive space with late night snacks) and be prepared to laugh along with Jesus Trejo, one of the fastest rising names in the stand-up comedy scene.
Trejo can be seen recurring on the Netflix series Mr. Iglesias, and in roles on Alone Together (Freeform) and Teachers (TV Land). Trejo was selected to be a New Face comedian in 2016 for the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, and was named a Variety Top-10 Comic to watch at JFL in 2017. Born and raised in Long Beach, Calif., Trejo is a paid regular at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
Also, The Big House Band will provide this year’s musical entertainment! With a POWERHOUSE vocal line up featuring Jimi Milligan from NBC’s hit show, “The Voice”, along with Stephanie Chiofalo, Rachel Maya and Jeff Kessler, The BiG House Band has now been voted one of the Philadelphia Area’s Top 5 Wedding Bands for the 10th year in a row!!!
The Big House Band has been rocking Weddings, Bars, Clubs, Casinos and Private Functions in the Philadelphia area and beyond for over 20 years! With INCREDIBLE lead vocals that have caught the ears of the producers of American Idol, The Voice and America’s Got Talent, a phenomenal touch of SAX, a SLAMMIN’ rhythm section… and a list of TUNES that covers EVERYTHING from SINATRA, SOUL, FUNK, MOTOWN, ROCK, POP, COUNTRY and CURRENT HITS!
